Over the last 12 years, we have created a dynamic team, whose experience is second to none.

Led by Gavin Hope, who has a lifetime experience in the industry, we now have a number of highly professional members of the team who include:

Gavin Hope

Managing Director

Gavin is the Managing Director and owner of Giles Oliver. He has over 40 years’ experience of the construction industry and set up Giles Oliver some 12 years ago. A surveyor by background, he has worked on some major projects always looking to go the extra mile with the customer. Since setting up Giles Oliver, the company has grown year on year to a position today where it’s a leading supplier of refurbishment projects.

David Purton

Senior Surveyor/Estimator

David joined Giles Oliver in 2016 having spent a lifetime in the construction industry. In his 40 years of involvement he has considerable experience in the fit out and refurbishment sectors. He has worked on Cat A and Cat B projects and is experienced in external refurbishment.

David’s experience means that he is able to work effectively at all levels with both end users and professional bodies.

Jason Lindsay

Project Director

Jason is a skilled projects director, joining Giles Oliver in 2019. He has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and is highly skilled in delivering projects and design reviews to ensure that client needs are not only met but exceeded. He has a keen eye on ensuring work is of the highest quality, with key milestones met and importantly delivering outstanding customer service.

Non-Executive Director

Ken is an experienced chairman and director of a number of businesses. He has been with Giles Oliver since the beginning of 2013. His background is in finance and marketing which has enabled him to support businesses in a wide ranging way.

Lewis Bunn

Projects Manager

Lewis has a background in engineering but for the past eight years has worked on a range of projects for a Building and Maintenance Contractor. He brings with him great energy to provide project management and deliver the highest possible standards of work for our clients.

Office Manager

Sharon is the Office Manager dealing with a wide range of administrative matters. She has been with Giles Oliver for 4 years having previously worked in administration roles over the years.
