The Challenge
This prestigious building in Central London which, contains a number of high end apartments, was in need of refurbishment to all aspects of the building, including external walls and roof.
What we did
It was clear that a lot of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment was needed to the outside of the building including stopping any water ingress, mortar fillets, brick repairs, sash windows, glazing and timber work. The roof needed new lead and asphalts.
Client Benefit
The work created for the client a building which truly reflected its stature and kept it from any serious problems arising from the failing on the external parts of the building.
