The Challenge
The flat had been damaged by flood waters entering the building. This needed rectifying and putting on a sound footing.
What we did
All possible areas for water ingress were examined including external and internal blockages, breakages and drainage systems. Areas causing problems were identified and dealt with and then the exterior brickwork repointed and internal walls decorated.
Client Benefit
The client had a flat suitable for renting again.
