The Challenge
The building which contained offices on two floors and a shop on the ground floor was in a very poor condition and required to be brought up to a good state before moving ahead with newly fitting out.
What we did
The whole of the building both internally and externally had suffered water damage and so we dealt with this throughout including the consequences of water on walls, windows, ceilings and floors. As well as stripping out the ground floor store we also dealt with issues surrounding the lift.
Client Benefit
The building was re-established in an excellent condition and ready for fitting out. As a consequence the owner was in a good position to move ahead with changes and to look forward to higher returns.
