The Challenge
Bergham Mews is a purpose built multi unit office development around a central courtyard with gated access. The principal challenge was to update some of the properties to ensure they maintained their leading edge in rented offices.
What we did
In a number of units which included a number of offices, we brought the facilities up to date. This included all of the general parts such as ceilings, walls, flooring, windows, doors, decorations as well as upgrading all of the office facilities.
Client Benefit
With the units in a modern and spacious environment, our work enabled our client to have some of the best office spaces in London. This has enabled the owner to achieve higher rents and excellent clients, including International clients to take offices.
