The Challenge
The property owner wanted to refresh and refurbish a number of floors in their office building located in London.
What we did
We worked on multiple floors, which included the installation of a new kitchen, new power cables and the electrical supply for the whole of one floor and then put in high quality wooden flooring.
Client benefit
We created for the client more modern, fresh and efficient floors which would enable them to seek higher rents and return on the floors from tenants.
