The Challenge
Seven planters on the roof needed replacing to make them sound and to ensure no water ingress took place internally.
What we did
Took out each of the seven planters, including plants and earth. We then carried out asphalt repairs to the linings with a waterproofing lining. Having made the planters secure earth was reintroduced ready for any plants needed.
Client Benefit
The client had waterproof planters on the roof which would not create problems for the room below in terms of water ingress. This enabled the client to have a secure roof but also a room that was free of any problems with leaking water.
