The Challenge
The owner of these apartments wanted to have a new entrance to the building.
What we did
The required work was carried out but importantly whilst the building itself was empty during the works, surrounding properties were occupied so especial care was needed in managing noise and general disturbance.
Client Benefit
The careful management of noise and general disturbance meant that the landlord experienced no neighbour problems as well as gaining the benefit of a new entrance.
