The Challenge
The client wanted the third floor of this building to be reinstated to a higher standard.
What we did
The whole floor was stripped out and everything improved including ceilings, walls, cupboards, cabling, lights, tiles and redecoration.
Client benefit
A new office was created with up to date services which would lead to opportunities for higher rents and for greater client satisfaction.
