At Giles Oliver with every project regardless of whether it’s commercial or residential we offer an element of project management; we use our knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to ensure that we meet the project requirements.

Project Management is there to bring the different components of the project together to accomplish the main objective within a set time frame and we have the experience required to deliver.

Project Management involves setting expectations and having the vision for what the end product should be; this is established through strong communication with the client. This has proved successful as we have an established client base that provide us with repeat business time and time again.
